Activity description:
Processing of technical changes for the area of polyurethane usage (PUR)
Elaboration and handling of needed production documentation (production plans, workinginstructions)
Elaboration and handling of working and methodical procedures for the area of industrial engineering
Elaboration of time and material calculations related to PUR material processing
Cooperation by selection and supply of production equipment with the production equipment administrator
Capacity calculations of production equipment and personnel requirements
Planning of material flow
Coordination of preparation of work positions and training of staff
Specification of requirements for building form boards and building prototypes (quantity andergonomic execution)
Execution and coordination of FMEA
Technical inspection by ramp-up of new or changed products
Constant improvement of production processes in serial production
Evaluation of proposals for material scrapping

Requirements:

Professional skills:
Technically focused University/ 2yrs min. practical experience
German language, English language - basics
MS Word, MS Excel – advanced
Power Point – advanced
Lotus - basics

Methodical skills:
Focus on results
Adaptibility of changes
Oranizational and decision-maiking skills

Social skills:
Communication and presentation skills
Creativity and initiative
Conflict management.

Education: Technically focused University, min. 1yr experience in the area of PUR processing
